What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security and front-desk procedures
• greet and screen visitors, verify identification as required, and direct guests
• maintain visitor logs and issue or collect credentials as directed
• report discrepancies or unusual activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to emergency procedures
• help deter unauthorized access and protect confidential information.
