What you'll do

• Ensure guest service and food preparation meet company standards
• monitor utilities, supplies, inventory, and controllable costs
• review profit-and-loss statements and take corrective action
• prepare labor schedules and adjust staffing to sales volume
• support hiring, training, payroll, and applicant tracking
• protect cash and company assets
• monitor guest satisfaction and guide staff on the floor
• oversee cleaning and preventive maintenance
• support local store marketing initiatives.
