What you'll do

• Oversee industrial construction projects and site-based construction managers
• manage client relationships, schedules, deliverables, and expectations
• coordinate project scope, budget, and schedule
• support project accounting and cost management
• coordinate permits, inspections, testing, and change orders
• conduct jobsite walks and audits
• support facility startup
• prepare client-facing construction reports
• coordinate supplier invoices and client billing
• promote communication among project participants.
