What you'll do

• Build client relationships
• review contract documents, plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• assist with preconstruction reviews and cost estimating
• administer submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change management
• facilitate project meetings
• review pay applications, change requests, and contractor baseline schedules
• document changes affecting cost or schedule
• maintain progress, performance, completion, purchase, requisition, and claims records
• coordinate solutions to field issues
• negotiate change orders
• complete project closeout
• manage client contract scope and budget as needed
• delegate work and support staff development.
