What you'll do

• Oversee regional property management, administrative, and maintenance operations
• create and implement leasing and marketing plans
• manage resident relations, budgets, financial reporting, and HUD compliance
• prepare monthly variance reports and review budgets against NOI
• address resident complaints
• oversee security measures and incident documentation
• implement preventive maintenance programs
• manage rents, leasing, and resident retention
• handle TRACS voucher issues
• coordinate work orders with staff and contractors
• approve large purchases and repairs.
