What you'll do

• Own product engineering execution and manufacturability for advanced power modules
• drive assembly processes across OSAT and internal manufacturing sites
• establish assembly workmanship standards and ensure IPC-A-610 compliance
• align Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing
• resolve assembly excursions and defects
• lead product bring-up, characterization, and silicon readiness
• define and maintain product specifications, limits, and guard-bands
• lead yield analysis and root-cause investigations
• drive cost, yield, and cycle-time improvements
• own manufacturing release, qualification, and product change management
• serve as technical escalation owner for production issues and customer returns
• support customer engagements as needed.
