What you'll do

• Review appointments scheduled by the inside sales team
• conduct at least five field-training appointments weekly
• support in-home sales and closing
• monitor team and individual performance
• handle cancel-save appointments
• support follow-up and rehash efforts
• lead sales meetings and coaching
• set expectations and accountability
• and recruit, develop, motivate, and retain sales talent.
