What you'll do

• Investigate and assist members and staff with fraud and dispute claims
• process chargebacks and provisional credits
• answer questions and resolve issues within authority
• maintain member account information and records
• submit reports to Card Services Management
• ensure compliance with regulations and card-network rules
• examine card authorizations for patterns
• coordinate with technical support and vendors
• monitor and follow up on disputes
• block cards when fraud notices are received and reissue lost or stolen cards.
