The role also supports change and risk management, DOE reviews, and auditable project governance by integrating cost data with project schedules and control systems.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and validate project cost baselines
• manage commitments, expenditures, accruals, and cash flow for multi-year capital projects
• prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and earned-value metrics
• track trends and budget indicators
• collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on quantities, rates, productivity, escalation, and contingency
• administer change management and evaluate cost impacts
• support risk analysis and contingency drawdown
• prepare dashboards, executive summaries, and DOE review materials
• ensure reporting aligns with DOE requirements and internal procedures
• use cost systems such as SAP, Oracle, Autodesk, or Ecosys and integrate data with Primavera P6
• maintain accurate, auditable records.

Why this role
