What you'll do

• Plan, document, and supervise blasting and rock-removal work
• maintain active blasting licenses for Kentucky and Indiana
• ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and project requirements
• coordinate blasting schedules and safety concerns
• supervise and coordinate crew activities
• support scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control
• inspect sites for hazards
• communicate safety procedures
• assess crew capabilities
• identify equipment, material, and staffing needs.
