What you'll do

• Grind, deburr, and condition edges using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
• meet surface-finish and quality standards
• read blueprints and work instructions
• inspect parts and verify dimensions with gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• flag nonconformances and suggest improvements
• clean, maintain, and set up finishing equipment
• follow PPE and dust-management requirements
• collaborate with production teammates and support cross-training.
