The Bilingual Laundry Attendant role is a full-time onsite position based in Chicago, IL. This role exists to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure a clean, safe, and friendly store environment. The attendant is responsible for assisting customers with laundry equipment, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing retail sales, contributing to the store's operational success.

What you'll do

• Assists customers with the use of payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures.
• Ensures that the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside of the store at all times.
• Documents equipment and building maintenance issues appropriately.
• Maintains a good visual presentation of retail products at all times.
