The Digital Engagement Associate – Digital Project Management role is hybrid. What you'll do

• Gather and document client requirements and goals
• support discovery and lead story mapping and experience canvas activities
• maintain roadmaps and Jira epics
• coordinate budgets, tasks, and communications
• monitor KPIs and dashboards
• identify and help remove project roadblocks
• guide teams on Agile and Kanban practices
• support planning, execution, and QA of paid media, email, and SEO campaigns
• run and document A/B tests
• track channel performance and help translate results into client recommendations.
