What you'll do

• Collaborate with operations management on production costs and efficiency
• provide pricing, margin, and profitability insights
• advise on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
• oversee accounting close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• ensure timely mill inventory counts and review inventory documentation
• prepare forecasts and analyze assumptions
• help prepare annual plan presentations
• complete product costing
• support capital expenditure planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least three years of accounting experience, costing and margin-analysis proficiency, GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Wood-products experience, CPA, Oracle JDE, OBIEE, and Anaplan are listed as preferred.
