What you'll do

• Build client decision-maker relationships
• manage onboarding, service delivery, issue resolution, retention, and account expansion
• conduct site visits and quality inspections
• lead service partners, contractors, and night managers
• coordinate new-account launches
• identify and sell additional facility services
• maintain CRM records and follow-up actions
• travel throughout East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities.
