The Gymnastics Coach role is onsite in Bloomfield Hills, MI, and pays $16–$20 per hour. The Little Gym of Bloomfield Hills is a gymnastics-based enrichment center for children from 4 months through 12 years. The coach teaches older grade-school students gymnastics skills, adapting progressions to each child’s readiness and using safe spotting. The role also helps create a welcoming experience for children and families and maintains clean, safe class spaces and equipment.

What you'll do

• Teach gymnastics classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum, focusing on grade-school students’ technique, confidence, and progressively challenging skills.
• Adapt instruction to each child’s readiness and use safe spotting techniques.
• Maintain a welcoming class environment, clean and sanitize mats, equipment, and shared spaces, complete assigned opening and closing cleaning tasks, and set up and move small equipment and teaching props.

Why this role

Extensive hands-on gymnastics experience is required. Availability Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturdays is preferred. Structured training is provided.
