What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized work area
• prepare, portion, and serve meals accurately on tray lines
• label, date, store, and rotate food
• receive and store deliveries
• monitor and document food and refrigeration temperatures
• follow dietary, safety, and quality guidelines
• assist the Cook with special meal requests and catered functions.
