What you'll do

• Oversee team production and client deadlines
• support client needs when Community Managers are absent
• train team members in portfolio-management systems and processes
• coordinate onboarding and training plans
• hold recurring one-on-one meetings
• review work product and reporting for compliance with company and contract standards
• assign client portfolios
• conduct client check-ins and surveys
• support client transitions
• respond to client concerns
• monitor staffing and schedules
• approve timekeeping, mileage, and reimbursements
• communicate operational issues to leadership.
