What you'll do

• Design and develop real-time routing engines and intelligent routing algorithms
• ensure availability, scalability, resilience, and performance
• maintain routing configuration and monitoring APIs
• integrate routing services with telephony, messaging, workforce management, CRM, identity, reporting, and analytics platforms
• develop Java and Spring Boot services
• translate business journeys into technical components and roadmaps
• define non-functional requirements
• review designs and code
• establish engineering standards and reusable patterns
• collaborate with CX domain experts.

Why this role

Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, substantial architecture and technical delivery ownership, and expert hands-on Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, and REST API experience. Contact-center routing experience is required; experience with platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Avaya is a plus.
