What you'll do

• Process requests for proposals, qualifications, and internal pricing
• analyze drawings and specifications
• review contractual terms
• draft, proof, audit, and deliver proposals
• coordinate with project and marketing staff
• solicit and qualify subcontractor proposals
• ensure bidding compliance
• prepare client presentations
• maintain client and subcontractor relationships
• manage multiple bids and deadlines
• and identify strategic opportunities.
