Inside Sales Representative — Remote

The Inside Sales Representative role is fully remote, with occasional travel to the Lakeland, FL office approximately once per quarter and possible overnight or international travel. The representative manages inbound opportunities and develops smaller customer accounts while coordinating with internal teams on samples, orders, inventory, production, documentation, and delivery. The role helps customers receive timely information and supports account growth until opportunities are ready to transition to a Sales Executive.

What you'll do

• Serve as the initial commercial contact for inbound inquiries and emerging accounts
• qualify customer needs and introduce relevant products
• develop smaller accounts and identify growth opportunities
• coordinate customer and Sales-team issues across internal functions
• monitor orders through delivery
• maintain customer, opportunity, sample, and order records in JD Edwards, Salesforce, and other systems
• provide product documentation and customer updates
• participate in sales and cross-functional meetings.
