What you'll do

• Follow prep lists and Costa Vida recipe standards
• label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables and cut meat
• wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
• use kitchen equipment
• maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.
