Pest Control Professional

The Pest Control Professional role is onsite in the Washington, NC area, following an assigned service route. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The role supports Orkin’s pest management services for residential and commercial customers and its purpose of helping protect the places where people live, work, and play. The technician completes company-paid training and manages daily route service, arriving safely and on time at customer locations. The role identifies customer pest concerns, selects appropriate solutions, documents service, and maintains the company vehicle and equipment.

What you'll do

• Complete company-paid training
• follow an assigned route schedule
• operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment
• communicate with customers and discuss services
• assess customer needs and determine pest solutions
• complete service documentation using a handheld device
• safely use ladders, carry up to 50 pounds, and access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
