What you'll do

• Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall, cabinets, windows and doors, trim, flooring, and exterior work
• measure, cut, assemble, install, and finish materials
• work from construction drawings, scopes, specifications, and work orders
• identify jobsite conditions and resolve routine issues
• operate and maintain tools and equipment
• assist with demolition, preparation, material handling, surface protection, and cleanup
• maintain safe and organized jobsites
• communicate progress and issues to supervisors
• work professionally with homeowners and trade partners
• guide less-experienced carpenters when appropriate
• follow safety policies and procedures.
