What you'll do

• Coordinate food flow from kitchen to guests
• verify plate presentation, garnishes, sauces, temperature, allergies, modifications, portions, sides, and cleanliness
• call and prioritize tickets, coordinate course timing, and release complete tables together
• communicate with cooks, runners, servers, bartenders, and leadership
• monitor stations and assist as needed
• prioritize remakes and communicate guest concerns
• assist with food running, dessert plating, prep, and line support when business demands
• maintain the expo area and complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
