What you'll do

• Oversee PAC operations, service levels, workflows, staffing, and program data
• lead and develop the team
• design staff training on processes and utility assistance eligibility
• develop and manage budgets
• ensure grant compliance and timely reporting
• forecast funding needs and prepare proposals
• manage vendors and systems
• and represent PAC with internal and external partners. Occasional regional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required.
