The Volunteer and Sustainability Coordinator — Part-Time role is onsite in Kansas City, MO. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The work includes volunteer recruitment and onboarding, scheduling and training, donation tracking, recycling coordination, and education on textile reuse and sustainable sewing.

What you'll do

• Coordinate intake, weighing, recording, storage, and distribution of donated textiles, sewing notions, and machines
• schedule donation drop-offs and pickups
• track donation data
• support recycling systems and transport materials to recycling partners as needed
• educate community members on textile reuse
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and recognize volunteers
• maintain volunteer records and work areas
• support events and general inquiries.
