What you'll do

• Inspect completed pallets for stability, weight distribution, and shipment readiness
• adjust or restack pallets
• wrap, label, and prepare pallets for loading
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• coordinate with the Warehouse Auditor
• identify practices that risk damage or unstable loads
• coach associates on pallet-building
• report recurring quality issues and recommend improvements
• follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures.
