The Licensed Massage Therapist role is onsite in Columbus, OH, at Solterra’s founding massage team at The Galaxy at Polaris. Compensation is 40% of eligible collected massage-service revenue personally performed, approximately $62–$98 per completed treatment based on the planned menu, plus 100% of guest gratuities; approved training, meetings, administrative duties, and assigned non-service time pay $25 per hour. Solterra is building a wellness club centered on strength, stillness, and renewal. The therapist provides customized massage within Ohio scope of practice, using consultations to understand guest goals and contraindications. The role contributes to the club’s wellness services through accurate documentation, professional boundaries, guest-ready treatment rooms, and collaboration with movement, recovery, and skin-health colleagues.
