What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and company procedures
• uphold food quality, sanitation, and customer service standards
• manage costs including cash, food, labor, supplies, and energy
• set up cash registers and manage shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train team members when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• conduct sales readings and operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures. Higher shift levels include independent shift management, inventory and food orders, staffing adjustments, and team mentorship.
