What you'll do

• Open and close the community using checklists
• walk tour paths and model units
• respond to leasing leads and resident contacts
• tour and lease apartments
• plan community events and prepare or distribute newsletters
• conduct market surveys
• assist residents with service requests and issues
• support leasing reports and renewals
• conduct outreach marketing
• manage social media according to brand guidelines
• walk vacant units, grounds, amenities, and buildings
• complete leasing paperwork
• participate in local networking and community activities.
