What you'll do

• Evaluate, verify, and process inpatient medication orders for safety, dosing accuracy, interactions, and clinical appropriateness
• oversee compounding, unit-dose distribution, and IV admixture preparation
• use Meditech and Omnicell systems to manage medication workflows and inventory
• provide drug information and pharmacotherapy recommendations to clinical staff.

Why this role

Requires an active New Hampshire pharmacist license and current BLS certification, plus at least two years of current hospital pharmacy experience (one year may be considered with fully hospital-based experience and Meditech expertise). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with every-third-weekend rotation Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; no on-call requirement.
