The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is onsite in Winona, MN, with full-time 12-hour day and overnight shifts Monday through Friday. Pay is $25.00–$31.00 per hour for LPNs and $35.00–$41.00 per hour for RNs. Pediatric Home Service provides care for medically complex children at home and school. The nurse provides individualized, one-to-one pediatric care for an infant with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube. The role monitors the child’s condition, delivers prescribed care, documents services, and supports the family in coordination with the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor the patient’s condition and communicate changes to the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• educate and support families
• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
