Machine Operator / General Labor

The Machine Operator / General Labor role is onsite in Napoleon, OH. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position supports production of foundry cores, luting paste, packaging, and welding kits for railroad maintenance. The role exists to operate production and packaging equipment and complete work orders while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency expectations. Accurate progress tracking and teamwork help maintain production standards for railroad maintenance supplies.

What you'll do

• Learn to set up, run, and operate production and packaging machines
• execute work orders and produce welding kits
• record progress on hourly boards
• learn OSHA safety standards and 5-S practices
• maintain a team-oriented work setting
• perform other assigned duties. Forklift training is offered, and prior forklift experience is a plus but not required.
