What you'll do

• Prepare and supervise meals according to menus, recipes, and physician-ordered diets
• ensure proper cooking temperatures and timely service
• oversee plating, tray setup, and delivery
• direct and train dietary staff
• monitor sanitation, food handling, and equipment temperatures
• track inventory and support receiving and storage using FIFO practices.
