Clinical Manager

Directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Maximize core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Focus on PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
