What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Facilitate access to community resources
• Perform transition planning
• Identify emergency crisis and respond with intervention methods
• Coordinate other services.
