What you'll do

• Provide medical oversight and consultation
• complete routine and acute client assessments
• use diagnostics and consultation to plan care
• coordinate nursing activities and team meetings
• monitor progress and revise treatment plans
• teach and certify staff in medication assistance
• mentor and supervise nursing staff
• oversee documentation and clinical-record audits
• participate in the rotating on-call group
• assist with admission and discharge planning.
