Compensation is $20–$24 per year. The Fabricator I - Brake Press and Saw Operator is an onsite role based in Bensenville, IL. This role exists to set up and operate fabrication equipment to form metal parts from various stock. The operator ensures quality by inspecting work against blueprints and specifications, performing preventative maintenance, and contributing to team efficiency through training and adherence to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Select dies, tools, and punches
• form material using radius dies
• install and align punches and dies
• perform preventative maintenance
• conduct first-piece and in-progress inspections
• adjust equipment stroke and feed
• monitor tooling condition
• maintain a safe work environment
• train others
• document production and quality forms.
