The Operations Associate role is onsite in Louisville, KY. Compensation is $13 per hour. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers, day and night. This role supports site operations by picking and packing orders, receiving and organizing inventory, assisting partner drivers, and preparing food and beverages where applicable. It helps ensure customer orders are accurate, safely handled, and ready for delivery.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor products and reconcile inventory
• manage inventory and canceled-order restocking
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• safely scan and move products
• prepare, package, and stage food and beverage orders
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
