What you'll do

• Schedule service work and process retail, warranty, and internal repair orders
• maintain repair records
• manage technician workflow and repair schedules
• document customer concerns and provide estimates
• collaborate with the service manager on process improvements
• maintain customer and manufacturer relationships
• resolve complaints
• obtain warranty or service contract approvals
• communicate repair status
• perform quality checks on completed boats
• assist with technician appraisal, interviewing, selection, and training
• monitor legal compliance measures.
