What you'll do

• Study blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine operation sequence
• prepare machines by positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables
• observe operations, detect malfunctions, inspect parts, adjust controls, and replace dies
• check stock availability and anticipate needs
• place and expedite stock orders and verify receipt.
