What you'll do

• Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across platforms
• advise on survey tools and methodological, technological, and ethical considerations
• resolve accessibility and technical issues before and during surveys
• consolidate and analyze results
• organize free-text responses and use AI/LLM tools with multiple prompts to confirm human review
• develop visualizations and customized briefings for stakeholders.
