Regional Technical Support Manager

The role assesses site conditions, troubleshoots systems, coordinates field resources, documents findings, and helps move installation and service issues toward resolution.

What you'll do

• Provide advanced installation and service support for electronic security systems
• troubleshoot access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection issues
• support commissioning, cutovers, launches, milestones, and corrective work
• conduct site surveys and readiness reviews
• guide technicians and subcontractors
• communicate risks and corrective actions
• document field findings and handoffs
• support quality investigations and operational improvement
• travel regionally and nationally as required.
