What you'll do

• Administer and configure Salesforce users, permissions, records, pages, validation rules, and platform security
• maintain Service Cloud case workflows, routing, escalations, entitlements, milestones, and SLA tracking
• design and troubleshoot Salesforce Flow automation
• support integrations, data quality, reports, dashboards, testing, releases, governance, documentation, and user training
• partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
