Director, Procure to Pay Operations

Compensation is $122,194–$221,818 per year, with the specific range depending on work location. The director leads DIRECTV's Accounts Payable function and its back-office and shared-services teams. The role owns the end-to-end accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice processing, payment operations, supplier data, controls, and compliance. It develops the function's strategy and leads automation and process improvements while coordinating with Finance, IT, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Purchasing, and Sourcing.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop AP Managers and their teams
• oversee non-PO invoice processing and payment runs
• manage ACH, wire, check, and international payment files and exceptions
• oversee returned EFTs, stale-dated checks, and unclaimed property processes
• own supplier onboarding and master-data changes
• maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, tax reporting coordination, audit readiness, and fraud-risk mitigation
• lead Oracle Fusion Cloud enhancements and process improvement
• contribute to migrations, acquisitions, and integrations.
