Call Center Agent

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally
• work toward first-call resolution
• research systems and coordinate with departments to resolve issues
• document and process customer claims
• conduct fact-finding discussions
• use knowledge bases and training to answer questions while following scripts and procedures
• protect confidential and personal information
• escalate issues as needed

• follow attendance and work-schedule requirements.
