The engineer establishes and improves quality management systems across manufacturing locations, aligning procedures with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements. Through audits, training, risk assessment, and corrective action, the role strengthens compliance and consistent quality practices across plants.

What you'll do

• Establish quality management system processes and procedures
• lead cross-functional discussions and develop training and standard work
• train employees across manufacturing locations
• update procedures to address systemic gaps
• align procedures with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements
• implement internal and layered audit processes
• report assessment scores, gaps, and improvement plans
• maintain ISO 9001 certification and compliance
• conduct risk assessments and lead Kaizen events
• standardize work instructions and manage document-control protocols.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and at least seven years of quality management experience in manufacturing. CQE or CQA certification and experience with audit methods, ISO 9001, problem-solving tools, and training are preferred.
