Croatian Linguistic Lead Tester

The Croatian Linguistic Lead Tester role is onsite in Cupertino, CA, with pay of $40 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break and 35 hours per week. Welocalize provides AI-enabled multilingual content solutions for enterprises operating globally. The role is accountable for Croatian-language quality at the account level and serves as a key contact for Language Leads. It coordinates reviews, feedback, training, and linguistic assets so that Croatian content is accurate, natural, and polished for end users.

What you'll do

• Perform linguistic tasks
• coordinate the linguistic team
• review copy and provide tester feedback
• communicate client feedback
• help testers understand arbitration corrections
• act as liaison on terminology, style, product features, and questions
• support onboarding
• identify language-specific training needs and create, maintain, and deliver training
• plan and execute quality management
• engage with clients
• manage linguistic assets
• and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
