Marketing Data Management Intern

Job overview

The Marketing Data Management Intern role is onsite in Akron, OH, with availability of 16–24 hours per week during spring and fall semesters and 30–40 hours per week during summer months. Pay is $20 per hour. The intern supports Valmark Financial Group’s Communications and Business Development team. The intern helps maintain accurate marketing and prospect data, coordinate communications, track engagement, and support projects across business development, analytics, and creative marketing. This work helps the team organize outreach and use campaign insights to support recruiting and client communications.

What you'll do

• Maintain HubSpot records, distribution lists, audience segments, and contact information
• organize leads from webinars, landing pages, social media, and campaigns
• assist with mailings and campaign logistics
• research prospective firms and categorize leads
• track engagement metrics and assist with surveys, reporting, and analysis
• update employee bios and proofread communications
• coordinate email campaigns and creative requests
• collaborate on graphic design and video projects.
